Lassie

Lassie has been At Red Panda since 2015, after she was found on the streets and thought she was expecting puppies. Turns out, she wasn’t pregnant—she had a serious spine issue that needed urgent surgery. She’s been safe at Red Panda Romania since then, with no adoption requests in sight. Lassie is the definition of a gentle soul. She’s shy, quiet, and prefers to stay in the background, never demanding attention. But she's is not to be mistaken for fearful—she walks beautifully on a leash (as long as she has a comfy harness) and has never shown an ounce of aggression. She just likes her personal space (we think).

What Lassie needs is a peaceful home with patient humans and, ideally, some confident doggy friends to show her the ropes, but until then, the backyard at Red Panda and the attention from volunteers are doing her a world of good.
